Putting your club on CarMemories.com CarMemories.com is a very unique web site on the internet. We have put together the best car gallery on the 'Net. And we want your club's cars in the site. As a special service to car clubs, we can offer clubs a very unique feature. Clubs can have their own gallery in the site. What that means is we can offer a solution to how a club can display club cars on the internet. More and more car clubs are putting web pages on the net. Its a great way to communicate with members and recruit new ones. But how do you put your members' cars on the page and make it easy and convenient to do so? We have the solution. And your club members can do it themselves from their own computer. How it works is we set up the club on the site. Club members then sign in as users/members on the site using the club access page. Then members can upload cars to the site. All cars entered by club members will display in the club area. And only club members cars display there. Yes, all cars entered into the site will display in the main site, but from the club access page, a visitor will see ONLY the club's cars and articles. You can link to the access page from the club's main web site outside of CarMemories.com. (If your club needs some assistance with hosting a site or building one, let us know.) And we provide this service for free. It is likely that your club's cars will require new sections and galleries set up. If you tour CarMemories.com you can see how we decided to set up the sections. We settled on breaking the cars into make, model and year. However, we can also recognize special categories such as Boss Mustangs or Pontiac GTO's. You'll have to let us know what sections will work best to categorize your club's cars. You'll know what would work best. When you go to the "upload an image page", one of the choices on that page is to notify the administrator of a desire for a new category. Be specific as to why a new category is needed and where it would be placed. We will be happy to accommodate you. What we ask is that your promote use of the site with your members. What good is a car gallery for your club without club cars in it? Your club probably has a logo. On your unique club access page, we have made the template so that your logo can be displayed at the top of the page. This page will be a CarMemories.com template, however, your logo will be on the page. We can also offer some other unique options such as links to your main page. You will have to let us know what makes sense for the page. Yes, it is possible to have a totally unique gallery page. So join the CarMemories.com growing list of clubs.
