one quiet night at the gas station

i was working at a gas station april 5th 2004 when i hear a rumble
form somewhere, then outta the corner of my eye i see a mustang pull
up to the pump, he was accompanied by a viper and some other car, a
lexus or something, anywho, i come up to the car to realize its a
shelby GT500, i was in aw!, the well dressed man asked for 30$ gas
and i started talking to him about the car, i was so enthused about
it, he then said " have you ever seen the movie gone in 60 seconds?"
i said yeah, he then said, this is elanore, he then proceded to show
me the engraved carol shelby lettering on the passenger side of the
dash, and the hole interior, it was a 4 speed with black interior,
and everything was MINT! he said with the nos the 427 cobra jet puts
out arround 700hp, the car sounded like a AA dragster, it was so
nice, the man said he was showing the car at the world of wheels show
on the weekend (in winnipeg mb)when he left he didnt even churp the
tires but i heard a little down the road when he shifted gears, the
tires churped, the viper let it rip a bit but nothing was as amazing
as pumping the gas for the real elanore, it was an honor.
