Well I read your Pantera story and must say the way you put muscle
cars seemed to be that they were useless peices of crap with nothing
but american V-8s.
Now with the suspension deal and the interior, the suspension at the
time was up with what was the latest and greatest and of course is
now outdated but still in their hay day they were the best.
Interiors well there are some cars today that lack the interior
issue and I for one think that it is fine to sacrifice comfort for a
little extra perfomance(as long as your not sitting on the floor
pans!) and besides where do you see the kind of HP that used put out
by engines like the chevy 427, ford/shelby 428 and 427 and the
almighty HEMI for a price that was or is reasonalbe at the time?
Sure with itallian cars you get tramendous HP but what kind of
honest joe shmoe can afford one let alone find a nice enough day to
drive it?
So for some maybe the Itallian cars are the best but to me and Im
sure others like me the good ol gas powerd Big Block and Small Block
V-8s and cars like Camaro, Corvette, Mustang, Charger, Fairlane,
Challenger, etc will always be on top
