Dominic Nater's 1985 Ford Tempo
Author: (more...)
Well I bought this car for 800$ (canadian) from a guy at a jaguar
dealership I worked at. It's my first car, I don't know why I picked
it but something about it I really liked. It's a stick shift and the
air conditioning still works, as I was buying lunch one day I noticed
somebody drive bye in a mint condition tempo. The same type as this
car and with a similar paint job having the large stripes around the
sides and back and I thought it was great. So I went to canadian
tire and bought a massive amount of spray paint and had a little fun
painting it like the other car over a weekend. I also painted an
additional white patch on the front which was not on the other tempo
I saw. Later at the Porsche dealership I work at I noticed some
service Porsches had blackened rims and since my rims were real and
were this nasty light grey colour I spray painted them black
instead. Then later a work one of my fellow employees thought my car
would look great with racing numbers on it, I thought this was a
great idea because the white patch on the front of the car looked too
empty. So I painted a giant "1" on the front of my car in orange
thus completing my painted up 1985 tempo.
