My 1968 GT 350 is some kind of celebrity. Some years ago, Nicky
Wright, international auto photographer, took a lot of pictures of my
red Shelby Mustang. Over the years those pictures have turned in lots
of Mustang books. Nicky either used the images in books he wrote or
submitted them as the photographer or sold them other other people
doing books on Mustangs. Here is a partial list of the books that you
can find my red Shelby Mustang:

Those are the books I have. There may be more out there. So the next
time you pick up a Mustang book and see a red 1968 GT 350 fastback, it
might be my car.
A side note: one day my wife and I were wandering through Borders
books and happened on to the 35th Anniversary Mustang book. Naturally
I picked one up and started to thumb through it. I came to the Shelby
section and there was a red 1968 Shelby Mustang. As I looked at the
car I realized it was my Shelby. I called her over and said this book
has my car in it. She immediately doubted what I was saying. "It just
looks like you car." No, this is my car. "Sure" she said. So I flipped
to the credits section and sure enough there was Nicky's name as a
contributor. Further down the list was my name with the car listing.
To this day she will tell you I set her up. Hey, I was as surprised as
she was to see my car in the book.
